project‑KANO 是一個由臺灣與日本共同打造的
非軍事、非同盟、非統合 的新型協作架構。
我們不改變主權，不改變現狀，
而是透過 制度、透明性與互通性
來建立一個能夠長期維持穩定的太平洋未來。
project‑KANO 是由日本與台灣的民間成員共同發起的倡議。
它不是政治，也不是外交行動。
我們只是希望一起思考：
「有哪些制度與規則，可以跨越國界、讓不同社會都能安心使用？」
我們相信，只要有合適的制度架構，
不同的社會也能以更安全、更透明、更平等的方式合作。
台灣與日本在文化、價值觀、生活方式上有許多相似之處，
但在制度與規則上仍存在不少差異。
這些差異有時會造成：
project‑KANO 想回答一個簡單的問題：
「台灣與日本能否共享一套制度架構？」
這不是政治。
而是 生活在這兩個社會的人們，可以一起打造的未來基礎設施。
KANO 是台灣與日本共同擁有的歷史記憶。
來自不同背景的選手站在同一個球場上，
遵守同一套規則，
朝著同一個目標努力。
這象徵著 project‑KANO 的核心理念：

我們希望 project‑KANO 能成為：

政治でも外交でもありません。
私たちが考えたいのはただ一つ：
「国境を越えて、どの社会でも安心して使える制度やルールは何か？」
適切な制度アーキテクチャがあれば、
異なる社会同士でも、より安全に、透明に、対等に協力できます。
台湾と日本は価値観や生活様式に多くの共通点がありますが、
制度やルールには大きな違いが残っています。
その違いはときに：

We do not change sovereignty, nor the status quo.
Instead, we aim to build a long‑term stable Pacific future
through systems, transparency, and interoperability.

“What kinds of systems and rules can cross borders
and be safely used by different societies?”
